Helping Hand - 12"

Helping Hand - 12"

Help without hesitation.

At some point, we all need one — a helping hand. In this intimate bronze bust, Martin Eichinger captures that universal moment with quiet grace.

The figure leans gently forward, her left arm extended with an open palm. She’s offering something invisible but deeply felt: support, presence, and care. Her expression is soft yet aware — as if she senses someone nearby who could use encouragement.

Subtle movement runs through the piece. Her windswept hair, the twist in her torso, and the folds in her garment create a sense of motion — like she’s mid-step, mid-offer. Delicate wings suggest this isn’t just one woman, but a symbolic presence — the kind of person who shows up just when we need them most.

The patina is warm and natural, grounding the figure in realism even as the wings lift her into metaphor. Set on a smooth, dark stone base, the sculpture feels anchored yet light — a balance of strength and compassion.
