Stations of the Cross #6

Commissions

Over the years, I've had the privilege and honor of working on some truly incredible and meaningful commissioned projects. Each collaboration has been a unique opportunity to bring visions to life through creativity and craftsmanship. If you have a project or idea in mind, I would love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out to our studio at studio@eichingersculpture.com.

Stations of the Cross

The Cloisters on the Platte monastery and retreat facility is the vision of entrepreneur and philanthropist, Joe Ricketts, founder of the Cloisters on the Platte Foundation. Set on a beautiful natural expanse along the Platte River in Nebraska, the destination opened in July of 2018, and offers a silent retreat experience in the Jesuit tradition.

Commissioned Busts

Portland Valley Scottish Rite

Two recent portrait busts created for the  Portland Valley Scottish Rite Statuary Hall at their 113-year old Center in downtown Portland, Oregon.  We integrated digital scanning technology to capture physical features of both the former and current Sovereign Grand Inspectors General. After creating a foam foundation, clay was added and fine details rendered. Additional photographs and dimensional castings were made of many of the organization’s symbols, which we carefully incorporated into the sculptures. Form there, elegant bronze castings were created.
