Return and Refund Policy

In‑Gallery Purchases
 

• 30‑day window: You have 30 days from receipt to return the sculpture for gallery credit or exchange only.

• Condition requirement: Items must be returned in original, resale-ready condition.

• Return shipping: Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and handling.

• Credit & exchange: Upon inspection and approval of the returned artwork, credit will be issued and may be used toward an exchange. You then have 30 days from the credit issue date to complete your exchange.

• Inspection period: We allow time to inspect each return to ensure condition compliance before credit is issued—this protects both collector and gallery.

Online Sales
 

• All online purchases are final sale, non-returnable.

• Not eligible for return or exchange.
